Genuine Toyota Parts
We stock a wide inventory of genuine Toyota replacement parts covering the full range of models from model year 2005 onwards. Special-order parts typically arrive within 3-5 business days from the Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia warehouse.
All parts sold include a minimum 12-month manufacturer warranty. Counter staff can assist with part number lookups, compatibility verification, and installation recommendations.
About Toyota Riau
Toyota Riau was established in 2004 as part of the PT Toyota-Astra Motor authorized dealer network. Over two decades of operation, we have served more than 18,000 customers across Pekanbaru, Dumai, Rokan Hulu, and the surrounding Riau province. Our facility covers 4,500 square meters including a showroom, 12-bay service workshop, parts warehouse, and customer lounge.
Our team of 52 professionals includes sales consultants, master technicians, parts specialists, and administrative staff — all receiving regular training from Toyota Indonesia to maintain the highest service standards.
